Service Agreement

By contacting elite escorts, you acknowledge that you are an adult (18+) seeking consensual adult companionship. All arrangements are between consenting adults for lawful purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment requires a deposit to confirm bookings, with balance due before or at the time of arrangement depending on what was agreed. We accept secure payment methods. Refunds are provided if the companion fails to arrive or if the match is genuinely incompatible.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings require forty-eight hours advance notice for optimal matching. Shorter notice is possible but may result in less favorable matching. Final confirmation occurs twenty-four hours before the arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with reasonable notice receive full refund. Cancellations made within twenty-four hours may incur fees. The companion or agency may cancel for legitimate reasons, in which case alternative arrangements are offered or refunds provided.

Conduct Expectations

Clients agree to treat companions with respect and dignity. Companions are people doing work, not objects or characters in fantasy scenarios. Respectful communication, professional behavior, and boundary respect are non-negotiable.

Privacy Responsibility

While we maintain operational privacy, clients are responsible for their own discretion. The agency cannot control whether clients discuss arrangements with others.

No Guarantees

While we work to ensure compatibility and quality, we cannot guarantee personal chemistry or mutual attraction. These develop naturally between people and cannot be promised.

Liability Limitations

elite escorts is not responsible for circumstances beyond operational control: weather, transportation delays, or genuine emergencies. We provide remedy through alternative arrangements or refunds.
